Werner Knaupp

Werner Knaupp (Born 1936) was active/lived in Germany.  Werner Knaupp is known for Painting.

Werner Knaupp began his artistic education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg.  In 1970 and 1971, he was a visiting professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe.  Knaupp was a participant of documenta 6 in Kassel in 1977.  Five further years of teaching painting followed at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg.  In 2004, he became a member of the the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts in Munich.
