Enrique Climent (1897 - 1980) was active/lived in Mexico.  Enrique Climent is known for Paintings.

Originally from Valencia, Spain, Enrique Climent studied at the San Fernando Academy in Madrid and the San Carlos Academy in Valencia, where he graduated with honors. From then on, he joined the Spanish avant-garde of the 1920s and 1930s, a period in which he obtained multiple awards. He emigrated to Mexico in 1939 and since his arrival he has obtained important artistic recognition from prominent critics and intellectuals. His character and his intimate style naturally distanced him from the strident currents of muralism of that time that favored the needs of the moment. Nevertheless, Those who approached him were some young painters who would later be known as part of the generation of La Ruptura. His work has been described as "timeless" and "universal" with a nostalgic vein stemming, perhaps, from his condition as an exile.
